KG Hypnobirthing

What is it?

KG Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal course designed to help mothers achieve a calm, confident and positive birth.

It provides parents with evidence-based information about the options that might be given to them during pregnancy, labour and birth, so they can choose what's best for them and their baby.

With visualizations, relaxations and breathing techniques we work towards releasing fear and developing a positive mindset in preparation for the birth you desire.
